How many lumps of sugar are there in a baked potato?
Turns out, a baked potato isn’t quite as healthy as we once thought.

And this information has shaken us to our very core.
Dr Xand van Tulleken who recently hosted BBC documentary The Truth About Carbs made the shocking revelation.

This is because the sugar in a normal jacket potato causes our blood sugar levels to spike which then makes us more likely to crave sugary snacks later.
Looks like we’re back to the drawing board when it comes to healthy lunch options.

Nature’s candy and all that.
