Zara McDermott has moved on from one reality show to another, but this time she won’t be flying solo.
The Love Island alumni, who failed to find lasting love with Adam Collard , is set to make her debut alongside her boyfriend Sam Thompson when he makes his return to Made in Chelsea.
Sam, 26, hasn’t appeared on the E4 series since he quit after being dumped by fellow MIC star Sophie Habboo at the end of the 16th season.
Zara and Sam confirmed they were an item earlier this summer and have been putting on loved-up displays while attending events together.
A Made In Chelsea insider confirmed to Mirror Online that Zara would be appearing on the show’s 18th season when it comes back on air later this month.
But it’s not known when or how much screen time she will have alongside her beau.
According to the Mail Online currently she is set to appear in one episode.
Sam didn’t appear in series 17 of the scripted series but when he makes his own return there is set to be some explosive scenes between him and Jamie Laing.
Jamie is currently dating Sophie ‘Habbs’ Habboo after they got together at the end of season 17, and will no doubt be the main storyline for upcoming episodes.
In previous scenes the couple were worried about what Sam would make of their romance, which he was reportedly ‘devastated’ over.
Although he’s recently moved on with Zara, 23, he apparently wasn’t impressed with Jamie who has been his pal for many years.
A source told The Sun in May: “Sam has been left devastated by Jamie’s actions. They’ve been close friends for years and Jamie knows how heartbroken Sam was when Habbs finished with him.”
However Jamie might be going through his own heartbreak after it was recently reported that Habbs has already dumped Jamie to avoid the ‘Strictly curse’.
