Reuters Roger Federer should be too strong for Adrian Mannarino in the last-16
ROGER FEDERER (No1 seed) v ADRIAN MANNARINO (22)
Federer is in such great form at this summer’s Wimbledon.
Mannarino is not a power player so he’s not going to win many easy points, but he’s very skilful with good variety.
Roger can match him in all areas and is a hot favourite.
FEDERER IN THREE SETS
GAEL MONFILS v KEVIN ANDERSON (8)
This could be a great match. Anderson will be favourite because of his serving and power game, looking for his forehand.
Monfils is unpredictable but is a great athlete and loves the big occasion.
ANDERSON IN FOUR OR FIVE
MACKENZIE McDONALD v MILOS RAONIC (13)
Reuters Milos Raonic is expected to power his way into the quarter-finals
McDonald has done so well to get this far already. He’s quick and a great athlete.
But assuming Raonic is fit, the way he is serving is unbelievable with a 147mph second serve the other day.
RAONIC IN THREE
JOHN ISNER (9) v STEFANO TSITSIPAS (31)
Fans will enjoy watching Tsitsipas for years to come: he’s confident and has tons of ability.
But young players won’t have a lot of experience of tackling Isner, one of the best servers of all time.
