ADELE Roberts, a former Big Brother contestant turned BBC radio DJ, will be taking part in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 2019
For the first time since her stint on Channel 4, the star will return to reality TV as the 10th star to join the line-up.
Who is Adele Roberts?
Adele Roberts is a radio DJ and TV presenter, who shot to fame on the 2002 series of Channel 4’s Big Brother.
She was one of the 12 original housemates to enter the house on day one and revealed she was bisexual during the show.
This Morning’s Alison Hammond and Jade Goody, who died in 2009, were also contestants on the programme that year.
Adele made a brief return to Big Brother in 2007, with Alex Sibley to take part in a task.
Since leaving Big Brother she has gone on to forge a career in radio and presents BBC Radio 1’s Early Breakfast Show.
She is also a regular stand in for fellow radio DJ Alice Levine and Clara Amfo.
What’s more, the 40-year-old has presented FA People’s Cup on BBC One and covered the London Marathon, alongside Steve Cram, Paula Radcliffe and Andrew Cotter.
Her other presenting roles include Run The Street, Great Manchester Run and World BMX Championships in Belgium.
She is also a keen runner herself, having completed two London Marathons in support of the mental health charity Heads Together, which is spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex

The BBC Radio favourite will be entering the Australian jungle for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! this November.
The Sun’s Biz TV exclusively revealed Adele was the final celebrity making up this year’s cast.
A source said: “Adele’s really excited to go into the jungle. She missed her show on Thursday to fly out to Australia.
“Bosses reckon she’s going to make fantastic television and will really get stuck into camp life.”

Who is Adele Roberts’ girlfriend?
Adele is currently dating Kate Holderness, an actress and vlogger, who hosts food show Friday Night Fakeaway with her.
For their YouTube series, the couple make healthy food which looks and tastes like a takeaway.
