Guy told Johnny, Timothy, Stephanie Cole, Adam Ludewig and Matt Gresham, that he wasn’t going to put them through the pain of ‘stringing out’ the verdict.

‘I’ve never made it a secret about my first choice. He’s one of the most incredible singers I’ve heard, and the artist I’m taking through is Johnny,’ he said.

‘The person I’ll be taking through to join Johnny is Timothy Bowen,’ Guy continued.

For Kelly, she had to choose out of Chris, Mark, Lyric McFarland, Despina Savva and Alex Weybury.

Choosing Chris first, she said: ‘I’ve watched you reach and fight. With all due respect to Guy being your brother, this has nothing to do with that.

‘Your talent alone just stands up for itself. Your voice, your tone, everything about it, you deserve to be here.’
