Tonight’s live final of The Circle saw Emma Willis make a hilarious blunder in the first 15 minutes of the show.

Emma hosted the show on Channel 4 for the final time this year as the finalists prepared to see who came out on top.

As Emma, 43, welcomed the last blocked player, Ella, to the live studio audience she referenced her previous job at Channel 5’s Big Brother .

She said: “So Ella has been locked up in the house…I mean apartments.”

Emma mistakenly called The Circle apartments ‘the house’, as in the Big Brother house from the axed series.
