Sunday’s Uk Weather Forecast – Occasional Heavy Rain For Most But The Southeast Will Remain Mild And Dry

MOST of Britain will experience rain, particularly in northern Scotland where showers will be persistent.

Wales, southwestern and central England will also experience occasional heavy rain, with only the far southeast of England experiencing mild and dry weather.

UK outlook for Monday 15 October to Wednesday 17 October

MONDAY will see most of the country experience dry and fine weather with the exeption of the southeast which will see rain.

Tuesday will also be a dry day for many dry for many, with strong winds in northwest expected to ease later on in the day.

Sunshine and showers are expected across the country on Wednesday.

UK outlook for Thursday 18 October to Sunday 11 November

MOST of the country will have a dry and fine start on Thursday with some mist and fog for southwestern parts of the UK. A band of rain will make an erratic progress southeastwards later Thursday into Friday, although perhaps staying dry for southeast England.

From next weekend onwards most of the country will experience periods of wet and windy weather interspersed with brighter and showery spells, with the heaviest rain likely to hit the north and west.

Temperatures are expected to vary around average, although overnight frosts can be expected in some areas by the end of October.

Through the end of October and into November the predominantly unsettled weather is likely to continue Western and northwestern areas will probably see the wettest and windiest conditions, with the south and east often drier and brighter, although still with some rain at times too.
