Strictly Come Dancing fans were not best pleased with the studio audience while watching the show.
As Strictly airs live those lucky enough to get a seat in the audience to watch the celebrities dance often get carried away clapping along to the music.
But for those at home they claimed the ‘annoying’ clapping was ‘spoiling’ the routines and their own enjoyment.
Movie week kicked off with a Disney Pixar-themed professional dance featuring animations from several characters across the animated world.
But as the celebs took to the floor with their own routines those in the studio got excited.
One person took to Twitter with their complaints: “God how annoying is all the woo-ing and clapping throughout the pro dance at the beginning of #Strictly. Just clap at the f*****g end!!”
“That bloody crowd with their incessant whooping & unnecessary cheering. Gets on my nerves. #Strictly,” fumed another.
“I wish the studio audience would tone down their whooping and hollering #Strictly,” complained a third.
“This audience whooping dying the pro dances is incredibly annoying. Can someone control them, PLEASE!!” another added.
“I love #Strictly the only thing spoiling it is the constant cheering from the audience for every step anyone takes,” added another angry fan.
“#Strictly I wish the audience would stop whooing and arghing when someone gets picked up in the dance,” another tweeted.
Michelle Visage and her partner Giovanni Perinice kicked off the celebs with their stunning performance to Cabaret.
While Karim Zeroual and his professional partner Amy Dowden performed the audience got into the flow of clapping once more along to his Kung Fu inspired routine.
Catherine Tyldesley and her partner Johannaes Radebe wowed with their Rumba even making Shirley Ballas weep with emotion.
