Strictly Come Dancing Bosses Are ‘to Blame’ For The Curse After Creating The Perfect Recipe For ‘passion, Lust And Infidelity’

BBC bosses created the Strictly Come Dancing curse, says celebrity relationship and life coach Michelle Zelli.

The hit BBC One show, which this week saw Seann Walsh and Katya Jones sharing a passionate snog, is the perfect recipe for “passion, lust and infidelity” – with the gruelling training sessions and sexy routines pushing the pairs together.

BBC Two Seann Walsh and Katya Jones are the latest Strictly pairing to be the victim of the curse

Seann, 32, was dumped by his girlfriend-of-five years, Rebecca Humphries, after the pictures were revealed by The Sun On Sunday.

Meanwhile Katya, 29, has maintained her marriage to fellow Strictly pro Neil is still going strong.

Both were forced to issue another grovelling apology yesterday, this time on the series’ spin off show It Takes Two.

They aren’t the first pairing to be hit by the curse, with Ben Cohen finding love with Kristina Rihanoff after the 2013 series ended.

And don’t forget pro dancer Flavia Cacace, who dumped her boyfriend and fellow pro Vincent Simone for her star partner Matt DiAngelo in 2007 , before moving on with her now husband Jimi Mistry following their pairing in 2010.

Michelle says the notion of the show in itself creates a hotbed of chemistry, with the stars and their partners performing often raunchy or sensual routines every week.

Every day, the pairs will train for upwards of eight hours, with previous stars admitting that during their time on the show they “live, breath and eat Strictly”.

It’s this, Michelle says, that makes the curse unavoidable for some couples.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Michelle explained: “The BBC has created a perfect recipe for passion, lust and infidelity.

“Dancing can be considered overtly seductive and sexual, a temptation our mortal form cannot withstand. It’s believed that you get a much bigger release of endorphins when dancing over other forms of exercise.
