TANGUY NDOMBELE has admitted he fancies a move to Tottenham.

A host of European clubs have been tracking the Lyon star, but Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has put the midfielder high on his agenda this summer.

Lyon are open to selling Ndombele, but are holding out for £70million.

The four-cap French international was quizzed about his future this weekend.

He told Telefoot: “Yes, it’s true that Tottenham are a great team.

“They are a big club, they finished fourth in their league, they reached the Champions League final, they are still a big club like any other.

“Which player would not be interested in a big club?”

With such big numbers involved, any potential move to Spurs could drag on until deadline day.

Lyon president Jean-Michael Aulas going head-to-head with Spurs chief Daniel Levy in the boardroom could be the clash of the summer.

Spurs are also looking to beef up their midfield by landing Real Betis playmaker Giovani Lo Celso.

The Premier League side had £35m bid rejected last month as the La Liga side demand a staggering £88m for the 23-year-old.

Argentine Lo Celso hit 16 goals with six assists for Betis and is keen to link up with fellow countryman Pochettino in England.
