Indians’ center midfielder named to Southeast All-Conference team
Venice High center midfielder Kat Jordan was one of 11 girls to be named to the 2018-19 Southeast All-Conference soccer team, which comprises players from Florida, Alabama and Georgia.
This is the second year Jordan has been selected to the Southeast All-Conference Team.
Each All-Conference team features up to 11 players from each age group, ranging from Under-15 to Under-19. A Conference Player of the Year was also selected for each age group.
Players that have been selected to the All-Conference teams will also be eligible for selection to the Elite Clubs National League All-America teams, which will be announced later. There will be 30 players named to the ECNL All-America team, as well as an ECNL Player of the Year.
Jordan was the 2019 HTPreps Girls Soccer Player of the Year. She will return this season for her senior year.
