Certain cleaning products have unexpectedly become the latest must-have in recent years thanks to the rise of Instagram stars such as Mrs Hinch. The influencer, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, has millions of followers who hang on her every word as she shares her cleaning tips and tricks. The Essex-based star made one brand go viral – and many dupes have appeared ever since.

The special offers are usually on sale for a limited time only, so you’ll have to be quick if you want to get your hands on the new cleaning range at the discounted price.

Shoppers have already been sharing their excitement at the new products on social media.

“Bought these today from Aldi they smell absolutely amazing,” wrote one in the Aldi UK Shoppers Facebook group, posting a snap of her Fabulosa buys.

The original poster replied to the surge of comments to add: “Best smell for your washing I have smelt in years.”

The clever product is specially designed to work even at the lowest temperature of just 20 degrees to kill odours and bacteria, making it ideal for everything from school uniforms to bedding and delicates.

However, some Mrs Hinch fans said they were disappointed by the lack of scent after their laundry had dried.

Posting in the Hinch Army Cleaning Tips group, one wrote: “I was so excited buying this and I’ve got to be honest, I was disappointed, I expected the bedding after being washed to smell strong…it didn’t.”

Another agreed that it didn’t live up to the original brand: “I used it yesterday, very disappointed. Didn’t smell of anything. I normally add Zoflora to my wash and the smell is very strong. This is a Fabulosa flop for me I’m afraid. Waste of money!”

However, one fan who shared a photo of her new cleaning buys revealed that she mixed it with another product – as some had moaned that they wouldn’t be able to use fabric conditioner with the new liquid.

“Just done a wash, used half Comfort and half of Fabulosa and my washing smells amazing, I’m happy,” they wrote.
