Love Island’s Molly-Mae drops the L-bomb tonight, after initially swerving his affections.
The couple went official during Monday’s show, but when Tommy said ‘I love you,’ Molly was reluctant to say it back straight away.
However, tonight Molly appears to have had a change of heart, as she finally makes the confession to her boxer beau in bed.
“I love you,” Tommy whispers before they go to sleep.
To which Molly replies: “I love you too.”
Of course, the next day Tommy and Molly are quick to tell their pals about the big milestone.
“The big ‘L’ has been dropped,” Tommy excitedly told the lads the next day.
“It’s a comforting feeling knowing that someone has the same feeling as you. Whenever I see her, I get nervous!”
Meanwhile Molly announced to the girls: “I wanted to tell you guys that me and Tommy dropped the L bomb! We both knew that we felt it.”
“You can tell he [Tommy] loves you so much. It’s so cute,” Anna happily replied as she rallied around her.
The sweet moment comes just one day after Molly received backlash for her reluctance to profess her love , with many viewers at home branding her “fake”.
“Molly-Mae is NOT into Tommy but can’t believe how easy people fall for fake romantics #LoveIsIand ,” one wrote.
While another commented: “Molly-Mae don’t [sic] like Tommy, using the guy for his money.”
“MOLLY-MAE DOES NOT LOVE TOMMY, THIS IS ALL FAKE #LOVEISLAND ,” a third fumed.
