LOVE Island viewers are demanding Callum Macleod is sent back into the villa after Sherif Lanre’s shock exit.
The 20-year-old chef was booted off the show today after The Sun Online revealed he had broken strict rules.
And now fans are desperate for bosses to give Callum – who was the first out last week – a second chance.
One wrote: “Can someone start a petition to put Callum back into the villa now since Sherif obviously didn’t deserve that spot
Another ordered: “Get Callum back now sherif is out of there
A third tweeted: “Seems Sherif has had to leave and theres now a space can we bring Callum back pls
A fourth urged: “So can we get Callum back in the villa now that we’ve said bye bye to sherif? Poor lad deserves a bit more screen time
The Welsh hunk was sent packing just four days into his experience – but viewers fell in love with him after his recent appearance on spin-off show Aftersun.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed earlier today how chef Sherif, 20, from London, had mutually agreed with bosses to leave the reality series after just nine days.
Breaking his silence, Sherif said in a statement: “In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.
“I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20-year-old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from.
A Love Island spokesman added: “After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa.”
