Shoppers will be delighted to hear that Lidl is bringing back one of its bestselling products this weekend. The low-cost supermarket is well known for its Middle of Lidl deals, where products from top brands as well as bargain dupes land in its middle aisles each week. This weekend an old garden favorite is coming back.
Lidl’s fire pit sold out last year when it was first launched, with shoppers going wild for the stylish yet purse-friendly piece.
Now it’s back, with Lidl relaunching the La Hacienda Serenity Steel Fire Pit in stores again on Sunday.
The chic fire pit is likely to be more popular than ever this year, as Britons have been spending more time in their gardens due to the pandemic and the lockdown.
Aldi sparked a shopping frenzy earlier this summer when it launched its own version, with fans of the German supermarket rushing to get hold of the deal.

The fire pit comeback is part of Lidl’s new garden range, which is going on sale in stores on Sunday August 23 – just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend.
The products are always teased on the website beforehand, but Lidl doesn’t do home delivery – so you do have to head to your local store to pick up the special deals.
The rest of the range includes gardening power tools such as a shredder, saw, weed burner and chainsaw.
There’s also a handy furniture cover for just £4.99 that will help protect any of your new summer purchases.
However, for those without a garden, Lidl has some great deals coming up next week for your home.
Launching next Thursday, Lidl’s home event will see a super modern range of homeware going on sale in its middle aisles.
The Scandi-style furniture deals include a ladder-style shelving unit for only £49.99, as well as a variety of Livarno Lux Lamps, with touch-sensitive bases that you can just tap to dim the light.
The lamps are only £11.99 and are available in different designs and neutral colours, each with a sleek silver base.
Tapping into the modern grey furnishing trend, the retailer is also selling a Scandi-style stool in the same range, which features handy storage space inside, for just £19.99.
Keen cooks will also find a new retro-inspired kitchen range launching on the same day – which will please anyone who misses out on Aldi’s Smeg-style kitchen appliances this week.
The Special Buys are only around for a limited time while stocks last, but Lidl’s new kitchen products look very similar.
The Lidl kitchen event starts on Thursday alongside the homeware deals, and includes Silvercrest microwaves, toasters and blenders in bold colours.
There’s also a candyfloss machine and a bargain stand mixer, for just £49.99, that will please anyone who’s taken up baking in lockdown.
