The former council house tenant, 31, was conceived when then 20-year-old Julia Adlard slept with the late Charles Rogers, The Sun revealed last week.
Speaking of his first meal at the 1,536-acre estate near Helston, Cornwall, he said he couldn’t believe his eyes as family and friends tucked in to noodles and dumplings from a local takeaway.
He told the Daily Mail: “For the first time ever, we didn’t have to scramble around to find extra chairs and no one had to sit on the floor.
“The whole house is a treasure trove — and I don’t mean on a monetary level. The door I’ve been kicking against for so long has been thrown open.
“I love this house and feel totally connected to my family. I want to be able to tell Joshua about his family and show him the things that belonged to his grandfather.”
ordan always believed he was his dad and DNA tests proved it after Charles died of a drugs overdose aged 62 last year.
Down-to-earth former care worker Jordan joked he was Batman after inheriting the 1,536-acre pile, which he compared to Wayne Manor.
He is now planning to revamp his new home and his first port of call is to install a “games room” with a 65in flat screen TV.
Meanwhile his girlfriend Katie is planning to update the kitchen – which hasn’t been touched since the 1960s.
Katie, a radiographer, lives with Jordan in the palatial home with their five-week-old son Joshua.
ONE NIGHT STAND
But Jordan’s settled family life is a far cry from the childhood he remembers.
His mum’s stepdad John Binns recalls the moment he found out she was pregnant.
He said: “She just came home one night, said she was pregnant and was going to keep the baby.
“Nothing more was really said and the father was never involved, although we all knew who he was.”
He added: “I don’t think he paid any child support and wanted nothing to do with Jordan.”
Another source close the family added: “His mum had a one-night stand with Charles.
“She told him years and years ago that Charles was his dad.
“Jordan’s had DNA tests done now but you can see from the pictures they’re the spitting image of each other.”
IN THE MONEY
Jordan quit his job and treated his girlfriend Kate to a trip to New York after he was handed the keys to the Penrose Estate near his former home in Helston, Cornwall.
He also inherited a £1,000-a-week trust fund allowance.
Jordan has turbulent childhood moving around with his mum who had a series of partners.
However, he became particularly close with his gran Barbara Binns, who he lived with for a number of years.

Now her grandson has found fortune she has been invited to move in with him at the manor but wants to stay put in her family home on a Cornish estate.
She told the Telegraph: “Jordan often comes here for dinner. He loves his nan,” she says. “He always says he wants me and Dusty [his step-grandfather] to move in.
“I don’t want to live on a National Trust estate. It’s Jordan’s home now and I’m happy for him.”
