While neither Phoenix nor Mara have spoken publicly about the pregnancy, it was first reported that the couple is expecting in May by Page Six.

The couple, who have always been notoriously private about their personal lives, are said to be expecting the child by the end of August or the beginning of September, though no due date has been confirmed.

They reportedly started dating back in 2016, after first meeting on the set of their 2015 film Her, and they moved into a Hollywood Hills mansion together in 2018.
