Love Island ‘s Maura Higgins is very miffed that her love interest Curtis Pritchard has been snapped up by her new love rival Francesca Allen.
She’s not hidden her jealousy either and vowed not to let Francesca get in the way of how she feels about Curtis.
The cheeky Irish beauty isn’t giving up easily and has already attempted to persuade the professional dancer to join her in bed which he politely turned down.
Instead Maura was resigned to sleeping side-by-side with her new partner Chris Taylor while creepily staring at the couple spooning in the bed next to her.
Viewers watching the tense moment joked that Maura was giving Francesca the “death stare” while others warned her to “keep one eye open”.
“Maura giving Francesca the death stare in bed,” said one.
“Maura watching Curtis and Francesca in the dark is that moment when you wake up in bed and someone’s standing over you with a knife,” joked another.
One asked: “Why does Maura have the bed next to Curtis? Savage.”
“I felt sorry for Maura watching Francesca and Curtis laying in bed together…” said another.
“If I was laid in bed and suddenly saw Maura staring at me from the bed opposite, I’d be scared. That iciness is the s*** nightmares are made of. Keep one eye open, Francesca. But all over Curtis? Come on now!” said one.
Maura has been swooning over Curtis for several days and been working hard to graft him.
But he was chosen by Francesca in the recoupling meaning Maura has to work twice as hard to persuade him to ditch the new girl.
The Irish stunner whipped off her bikini in tonight’s episode in a brazen attempt to flirt with Curtis, with him giving her a massage.
Francesca is seen sitting on the swing seething with rage as she watched Maura getting her massage from the man she’s trying to steal.
Love Island airs weeknights on ITV2 at 9pm
