Holly Willoughby ended up flat on her face after she was pulled over by a pack of adorable sausage dogs.
The This Morning host was in fits of giggles as she tried desperately to cling on to the leads of the dogs as they attempted to escape from her grasp.
Holly, 38, and co-host Phillip Schofield , 57, had been presenting a segment on a sausage dog hotel in Derbyshire and had enlisted the help of ten four-legged friends.
But it all proved too much to handle for Holly as she was overpowered by the small animals and dragged from her knees onto her stomach.
Phil roared with laughter at Holly’s predicament as she battled to control five of the dachshunds, while he had the other five.
The duo had decided to join the pooches on the floor so that they could hold on to them, and Holly shared her suprise at their strength: “They’re so strong!”
Phil giggled away as Holly tried to carry on presenting the link, but ended up giving up and lying down in her blue denim dress.
The pair were hosting their last programme before they take their annual seven-week summer break from the ITV daytime show.
They were clearly excited about their impending extended holiday as they rolled about on the floor after the incident.
Holly and Phil both get the same amount of time off work as school kids, including Holly’s own three Harry, 10, Bell, eight, and Chester, four.
While Phil will no doubt be enjoying his summer break with wife Steph and his two grown daughters Ruby, 23, and Molly, 26.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am
