Ohio route will be carrier’s fourth out of SRQ.
Frontier Airlines, which started transporting passengers in and out of Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport in December, announced Tuesday that it will begin seasonal service to Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport starting in October.
Service will officially begin Oct. 10 and take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
This will be the fourth route out of Sarasota-Bradenton for the low-cost carrier. Frontier, which is based out of Denver, started flying passengers to and from Philadelphia, Cleveland and Atlanta in December. As an introductory offer, Tuesday fares will be as low as $39 on flyfrontier.com. Certain exclusions apply.
