EastEnders viewers will be treated to a new character this summer, with Sheree making her way onto the Square, played by actress Suzette Llewellyn.
Sheree is set to be a new love interest for Walford legend Patrick Trueman, while fans may recognise Suzette from her roles in Holby City, Thirteen and other hit TV shows.
While little has been revealed about her entrance and what she will bring to the BBC soap, it’s been teased there’s more than meets the eye.
In the coming weeks, the character will arrive on the arm of Patrick, ready for life on the Square.
But Kim and Denise will no doubt have something to say about the new woman in his life.
The character has already filmed her debut, but what can viewers expect from the scenes?
Actress Suzette revealed: “I am delighted to be joining the cast of EastEnders and I’m very excited to see what’s in store for Sheree.
“She’s bold, bright and a lot of fun so I can’t wait to see how she settles into Walford.”
EastEnders Executive Producer also promised big scenes to come, teasing: “I’m thrilled to announce that Suzette’s joining the show as Sheree – a force of nature with a big heart who’s never far away from trouble…Fans are in for a treat this summer!”
The soap have hinted there is more than meets the eye with the character, with Sheree having a secret feisty side.
She’s described as “a ball of positivity with a serious zest for life”, with her set to make an impact on residents pretty quickly.
But be warned, as Walford should not be fooled by her positive exterior, as she’s also said to be very feisty and opinionated.
Will Denise and Kim have met their match in the newcomer? Viewers will have to stay tuned.
EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One.
