RAFAEL NADAL may have wrapped up the year-end world No1 crown last night as his closest rival Novak Djokovic was toppled by old nemesis Roger Federer.

But the Spaniard, 33, will be desperate to complete the season by winning the ATP Finals for the first time.

After losing to Alexander Zverev and then recovering to beat Daniil Medvedev, he is still in with a chance of progressing.

He must beat Stefanos Tsitsipas, who has already qualified for the semis – but even then it is out of his hands as a win for Zverev tonight would see the German advance.
