The list read: “5 rules of a relationship: 1. Stay faithful. 2. Make them feel wanted. 3. Respect your partner. 4. Don’t flirt with others. 5. Make time.”

Lisa was granted a decree nisi in October on the grounds of her ex’s adultery with mum-of-two Anne-Marie, the married couple’s former PA.

She has since been embroiled in a multi-million divorce battle with her ex-husband of 11 years.

The pair are said to be deadlocked over his £62million fortune, with legal costs thought to have soared to £1.5million.

Meanwhile, the Strictly make-up artist is spending time with her mum following the death of her 71-year-old dad.

Lisa kept his battle with cancer private while he tried to fight the disease over the past year.

A source told The Sun: “A lot of people think Lisa is strong, and she is — but she’s had so much to cope with since she and Ant split up.

“There’s been one thing after another and at times she’s felt on her knees. But she’s kept it together and ploughed on.

These are the five rules of a relationship according to @epic_women

“To do all of that whilst knowing your dad is seriously ill and on borrowed time is quite something. It would break most people.”

Meanwhile Ant has been busy hosting Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals.

Lisa was reportedly axed from the show because working with her ex-husband had become “untenable”.

She had spent more than ten years working on the programme but did not return this year.
