Juve are prepared to go nearer to that asking price in order to beat their rivals to the ace’s signature.
Dembele has impressed since arriving in the Premier League at Fulham back in 2010.
He joined Spurs in 2012 but found himself struggling for match action last term after returning from injury.
Juve are also set to finalise the free transfer of out of contract Liverpool midfielder Emre Can within the coming days.
