Liverpool Players Meet With Fans In Marbella As Champions League Victory Parade Details Emerge

LIVERPOOL stars relaxed with fans in Marbella – but do not have their flip-flops on yet.

While Everton keeper Jordan Pickford took a holiday with his girlfriend in Barbados ahead of the World Cup, the red half of Merseyside still have one massive game ahead of them.

Jurgen Klopp has taken his players to southern Spain for some gentle warm-weather training as they gear up for their Champions League final with Real Madrid next Saturday.

It is not the first time Klopp has taken his players to the resort, returning from a trip in February to thump West Ham 4-1.

The Reds boss and key men Mo Salah and Roberto Firmino took the time to pose for selfies with fans on Thursday after a training session.

But fans going the final in Kiev may not be best pleased with the plan for a victory parade.

Liverpool council want to hold any parade under 24 hours after the final finishes, meaning fans fans in Ukraine may miss their chance to celebrate on Merseyside.

Supporters have expressed further disappointment that the route would not take in Queens Drive, St George’s Hall and Anfield, which open-top parades have done in the past.
