KIM Kardashian has once again sparked outrage after fans accused her of “joking off” her promotion of dieting lollies.
Just a day after being slammed for endorsing an appetite suppressing product, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 37, has once again come under fire for using the same snap to plug her KKW cosmetics range.

Despite the furore surrounding yesterday’s snap – which showed Kim seductively placing a lollipop between her lips – the star shared a photoshopped pic that had replaced the sweet with one of her lipsticks.
“Seriously this is the best edit ever! I want to use this as my campaign LOL,” Kim said after posting the fan account’s tweet to her page.
But fans didn’t see the funny side and quickly blasted the star, with many urging her to “apologise already”.
One of her enraged followers wrote: “I’m seriously so disappointed in you. How can you take that ad that you just posted, and turn it into a joke???

Twitter Fans took to Twitter in their droves asking Kim to issue an apology
“Do you not care at all??? Your family is literally FILLED with women, NEW nieces that were just born, and THIS is what you want them to grow up with? Apologize already”
Another seethed: “Are you going to issue an apology on your tasteless endorsement of harmful appetite suppressants?”
“You’re an awful person. This proves it,” chimed a further.
“You’re using an edited version of the appetite suppressant ad you deleted yesterday because it promotes eating disorders? What the hell is wrong with you? You need to delete that ad off IG!” a fourth slammed.

Despite the outrage prompting Kim to remove the sponsored post yesterday, the star later re-uploaded the snap on her Instagram page.
“#ad You guys… @flattummyco just dropped a new product,” she wrote alongside the ad. “They’re Appetite Suppressant Lollipops and they’re literally unreal.
“They’re giving the first 500 people on their website 15% OFF so if you want to get your hands on some… you need to do it quick! #suckit.”
Furious fans instantly slammed the mum-of-three’s decision to promote the controversial product, with some arguing that it could encourage eating disorders.

Twitter TV presenter Jameela Jamil was among those who blasted Kim
Leading the disparaging responses was TV presenter Jameela Jamil, who didn’t mince her words, writing: “No. F*** off. No. You terrible and toxic influence on young girls.
“I admire their mother’s branding capabilities, she is an exploitative but innovative genius, however this family makes me feel actual despair over what women are reduced to.
“MAYBE don’t take appetite suppressors and eat enough to fuel your BRAIN and work hard and be successful. And to play with your kids.
“And to have fun with your friends. And to have something to say about your life at the end, other than “I had a flat stomach.”
