CRYSTAL PALACE midfielder Yohan Cabaye could be heading back to France after being snapped at Marseille’s training ground.
The 32-year-old was linked with a move to the Europa League finalists last summer but Palace were unwilling to cash in.
But it appears he has played his last game for the Eagles with Marseille reigniting their interest in the Frenchman.
Cabaye’s contract expires this summer and he will hold talks with the club over extending his three-year stay.
It seems Marseille want to waste no time in tempting him with a contract and the lure of moving back to France may prove too much for the former Paris Saint-Germain man.
Just this week Cabaye told Crystal Palace’s website that “he doesn’t what the future holds.”

He revealed: “I don’t know what the future holds. It was a hard, tough season so I will have a chat with my agent, the club and the chairman.
“I have no stress about my future. I’ve had three fantastic seasons here, I love the club and my life in London is perfect, so I will see.
“The fans are brilliant and I want to thank them once again. Since my first day here, they have been fantastic with me and I’ve tried to give them back their support.
